Grant Search Engines
- PIVOT: A database with thousands of national and international funding opportunities. UC Merced faculty have FREE access to Pivot Proquest. Pivot also allows researchers to create profiles that automatically connect them to opportunities and potential collaborators whose profiles share common research foci. - California State Grants Portal: The California Grants Portal (a project by the California State Library) is your one destination to find all grants and loans offered on a competitive or first-come basis by California state agencies.
Funding Searches
- Curated Opportunity Lists : The Office of Research Development (ORD) will help you find funding opportunities specific to disciplines in Social Sciences, Engineering, and Natural Sciences, as well as inter- and cross-disciplinary, early career/early stage investigator, center, and training grants.
- Targeted and Custom Funding Searches : The Office of Research Development (ORD0 will conduct custom searches for funding opportunities at your request. Please contact ORD (rds@ucmerced.edu) to set up a consultation to discuss your research and to arrange for a funding opportunity search.
